Elizabeth Czartoryski is a Toronto and Montreal based visual artist. She received her Master’s of Architecture at the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design at University of Toronto. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in the Computation Arts & Design program from Concordia University. She continues to be involved in the crossover between art and architecture in Toronto where she collaborates in generating urban installations as a means of re-imagining public spaces. She currently works at the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture at University of Toronto as Design Curator and is on Faculty as a Sessional Instructor. In addition, she is founder of MAKE STUDIO, an emerging design studio working on experimental architecture. She continues to develop her research interests investigating impacts of space on the body, narrative explorations, borderline aesthetics, globalization, non-places, and cities as playground.
